Kahlua Hotel Hersonissos

The rooms and people were good, but the food was a disaster. I was stuck in my room with food poisoning on the second day. The breakfast bread was moldy, some eggs were still raw, and there were masses of flies on the fruit. When I asked the chef about it, he said it was normal and quickly replaced the food. The water machines were turned off quickly too. Hygiene was poor and the service was rude. If you want to avoid salmonella or food poisoning, steer clear of this hotel and play it safe.

I loved this place and would highly recommend it. The pool was lovely and clean, with plenty of loungers, and the atmosphere was really chilled. Breakfast had loads of options, and our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Everyone at reception was lovely and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was excellent. Eating it right on the Beach was a great atmosphere. We had two quiet rooms on the fourth floor, both very spacious, with good air conditioning and two balconies. There was plenty of storage and even an extra couch, though not quite enough hooks or hanging space for clothes. There were some pigeons on the roof. The hotel is right by the beach and close to the party scene.

We stayed at Kahlua hotel in October and had excellent service. The breakfast had a really good variety, and our room was very clean. The reception staff were all helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend, we'll be back.
