Utopia Residences by Checkin

A lovely stay in a beautiful place with a great standard. Thanks so much, we’ll be back.

I stayed here last year. Beautiful rooms, a perfect stay, and the owners are incredible people.

Everything is within easy walking distance, with the apartments right on the boulevard. There’s a supermarket two doors away, an ice cream shop beneath the building, and bars close by. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s a washing machine, so you can pack a lighter suitcase, and a Smart TV too. With our two small children, it was ideal to watch Netflix in the evening or sit on the balcony with a Mythos. Lazaros and his wife are very service-minded. After a week we got fresh sheets and towels, which you don’t often see in other apartments. They also let us stay longer in the apartment, so the kids could begin the trip home well rested. Amazing apartments, definitely recommended!

The location is ideal, right on the shopping street with the boulevard just behind it. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with lovely bedrooms and very good beds. It has air conditioning in every room, a roomy eat-in kitchen that feels cozy while cooking, and a large TV with Dutch channels. Definitely worth a visit. In one word, amazing!
