The beach was an easy five-minute walk, and even with the hotel right in the center, our room stayed quiet. We had the garden apartment as a family and loved the cozy garden and terrace. The owners were so friendly and helped us with everything, and we were completely happy with our stay. Breakfast was enough for a three-star place, so we never went hungry, and the coffee and pastries were really tasty. The rooms have had a little updating and were cleaned daily. The towels and sheets were worn, though, and could use replacing. We'd really love to come back. Thank you!

The family feel was a big part of what we liked here, and the staff were always so friendly and willing to help. The location also made it easy to get around, with everything close by. Our stay was quiet, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was the one small letdown, as it felt a little incomplete.

We weren't guests at Voula, since we stayed at the hotel next door, but we came over for breakfast. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were especially hospitable. They even lent us a baby chair for our room for the whole stay, free of charge, despite us staying elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and caring, and the hotel administrator arranged a car for us, so there was no need to search for one ourselves. Having a car made it easy to reach different parts of Crete from the hotel. We stayed for 7 great days in August 2025, in an apartment with a private pool. It was close to the sea, restaurants, clubs, and shops, yet the place itself was quiet and cozy, with a lovely breakfast garden. We'd gladly come back 🙂

We found the hotel clean, tidy, and well kept, and the staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond. It was also a great base for exploring: the hotel offers affordable car rental, the pool was a nice bonus for relaxing on-site, and nearby villages were within easy walking distance. Shops, restaurants, and the bus stop are conveniently close, while the hotel sits in a quiet area just 50 meters from the main street. Breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful experience, wholeheartedly recommend it, and look forward to returning as soon as possible.
