Fiore Levante Villas

The owner Nikos made our vacation miserable, and I would never return. He seemed focused on money rather than guests, constantly complaining and being rude. The apartment was poorly equipped, so we had to bring or find nearly everything, including toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, shampoo and even a knife. There was no dishwasher, washing machine, toaster or microwave, and the wifi was very bad. There’s a swimming pool, but it wasn’t working. If you want to use the barbecue, you have to ask his permission, though I’m not even sure there was one because I never saw it. It felt like you had to ask before using anything in the villa. He also complained that we were still in the apartment after 10 o'clock. He asked us for more money to use the air conditioning, even though the weather was extremely hot, over 40°C. He said we always had to ask before turning it on or using anything else because electricity was expensive. There was just one very old, noisy air conditioner in the living room and none in the bedrooms. Very bad experience. Do not recommend!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The host was incredibly rude. We arrived a little late, and he seemed annoyed that we hadn't let him pick us up from the airport, which felt strange. The place wasn't clean or hygienic when he showed us around. He'd told us the room tax before we arrived, then asked for another 100 euro that we didn't have. A couple of minutes after leaving the room, he walked straight back in without knocking. The air conditioner barely worked and leaked everywhere. We left the next day and booked somewhere else. After that, the owner called us names. A few days later he drove his truck fast right beside us and sped past. The guy is evil. Please, please don't stay here.

It's a very quiet part of the island, suited to couples and families, and Keri Beach is only a 5-minute walk away. There are four apartments, each for about four people, basic but fully equipped, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The family runs the place, and the owner is very helpful. The pool and bar are rarely crowded.
