Kymaros Villas

The bay views from the garden and patio table were breathtaking, and we even had a feline visitor we named Mr Meowgi. We stayed in Lofos, the middle of the three villas on a high hill, with a family of five, two parents and some young adults, during the last week of the autumn October season. The island was quiet, lots of places were closed, and we liked it that way. The weather was amazing, around 25-27c every day, and coming at the end of the season was quite a bit cheaper. The villa was beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and everything worked well. The parents had a really nice upstairs area, the terrace was great, and the pool was warm enough. We especially appreciated the fresh food in the fridge and fruit basket when we arrived. Check-in was quick and friendly. Spiros, the owner, was very helpful. He seemed very hardworking and busy, so we didn't ask much of him and could figure things out ourselves. Having a car is really a must, though we walked down to swim at the local beach every day. It's a short walk, and there are shops and good restaurants in the Keri village and beach area. We also drove around to explore the whole island. At the end of the season, it was easy to get around without much traffic or crowds. Simply magnificent, just what we wanted, and we'd definitely return.

We spent a week here with two villas rented and also had our wedding at Kymaros. The experience was fantastic, and we can't recommend it enough. The setting is quiet and away from the chaos in Laganas, on a small hill above the water with a breathtaking view of turtle island. Kymaros is family run, and everyone was super friendly and had thought of everything we might need. It has a rustic, warm feel rather than a cold, modern one, without losing any quality. There are three villas, all beautiful, though Villa Pefkos probably has the best view. My photos are from Pefkos. It's about a 20-minute walk down to the water at Keri Beach. The place feels private, very safe and secure, with laundry on site. For a rural spot, the wifi is pretty good, reaching most important indoor and outdoor areas at a steady ~35Mbps. They make their own wine and olive oil, available for self-serve by suggested donation in the wine cellar. I highly recommend the rose if you like natural wine.

The quiet hilltop location was lovely, with an amazing view, a beautiful garden and a great pool. The house was beautiful and very clean, and the owners were so friendly. Everything was wow!

Zakynthos is a beautiful island, and the houses here are fantastic, with magnificent views and very good service. Just one thing, the beds are quite hard.
