Anthi Maria Beach Apartments

The small beach is rocky, but the views are absolutely stunning, and the sunsets are so beautiful. The sea is great for snorkelling too. It's a quiet location, and I absolutely loved the place. The rooms are small and very basic, but really clean. I've booked two weeks for next year because one week wasn't enough 😀

The location was great, but I'm not going back. There was no cold water, only hot, and the water pressure was really poor. The shower curtain was filthy and hanging down, and the shower needed a thorough scrub. The bed springs were loose, and the pillows were huge and very hard. I could barely sleep because the outdoor A/C units were installed on the balconies, and their noise came through the walls into the rooms.

The room was nice and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony, and the accommodation was very pleasant and quiet. There's a small sandy and pebbly beach right in front of the apartments, though it could be tidier, especially with the concrete debris. The main sandy beach in Pefki is close by.

The staff were great. We arranged a private airport transfer and rented a car through Anthi Maria's family business. Her brothers were extremely nice, and the transfer and car were fairly priced. Pefkos is a nice village, but there's loads to see nearby and a car is the best way to get around, so we'd definitely recommend it and book here again. From the apartment balcony you can watch the sunset, and the location is perfect. The small private beach right in front could use some love. The apartment was okay, with enough room for four, though some basic cooking equipment was missing. Cleaning was okay too, but they could have done a better job getting the sand off the floor. The apartment was cleaned daily, and we got fresh towels twice during our stay, which was nice. We knew ahead of time that the air conditioning cost extra on arrival, so it wasn't a surprise. The apartment got very warm, making it necessary, and it worked very well.
