The location worked well for public transport, with an easy walk to the bus station. Since it’s on higher ground, you don’t have to haul your luggage uphill. I found the walk up from Lindos manageable, and could walk to the beaches and Acropolis. The room was spacious and acceptable, with the option to cook or make tea. But the noise and mosquitoes made it a rough stay. In May 2024, I was bitten eight times overnight and couldn’t sleep. The mosquitoes came through the bathroom window and still got into the room with the door shut. You could hear water flushing from upstairs, and if unlucky, furniture moving and banging upstairs continued until midnight. Ask for a quieter room and mosquito repellent, and you’ll be a happy traveler.

The owners are great, and this modest place has what you need, including a fridge and somewhere to cook. We ate on the terrace afterwards. Its position is really convenient: the parking area is only a two-minute walk away, while the city centre, which is pedestrian-only, takes around seven minutes to reach. It’s also close enough to walk to Lindos beach and St. Pauls beach in about fifteen minutes. The photos show the view from the studios.

The town views from the little terrace, with chairs to sit on, are lovely. From the hotel you can see over the city, and the views by day and at night are about as good as you’ll find in Lindos. It’s a short walk to everything in town, and I was able to park on site during my stay. The room had good A/C and some useful appliances. The decor could use a refresh, as other people have mentioned, but a chic modern hotel in the Greek islands would cost three times as much unless it were a big resort. It’s a great little hotel.

The whole family loved our stay. Staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned each day, and the views were great. We also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the courtyard. Five stars!

The views from these studios are second to none. They’re comfortable, and the owners are lovely. I couldn’t fault the place and would definitely stay again.
