Coralli Beachfront

We stayed in the apartment across the road, which was a great size and perfect for us. The family-run apartment and restaurant have a lovely atmosphere, and the meals we tried were delicious. The resort has a great beach and views across the bay. Sunbeds and a sunshade cost a little extra, but we thought it was worth paying. There’s a bus stop outside, which we used to get to Lindos and the Acropolis, only 10 minutes away; Pefkos is also a 10-minute walk, and we went there for meals a few nights. The bathroom needed more attention between guests: toothpaste marks and dirt were on the wall by the shower, and although the apartment was very modern, the missing shower doors and gunky shower base let it down. We didn’t mention it, but I’m sure the friendly, helpful staff would have tried to accommodate us if we had.

There are jellyfish in the sea next to the hotel, which was a downside. The apartments up the hill have amazing sea views, though that part isn’t suitable for people with mobility problems. The restaurant food is great, but staff seem to pay much more attention to guests from the UK. There are two decent shops nearby, along with the bus stop.

Our older apartment was clean and basic, just what we wanted, and the cleaning lady made the bed and brought fresh towels every day. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There’s also a pool with beds if you’d rather not go to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

We had the best holiday in these family-owned apartments connected to the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms under the pool were comfortable and cleaned daily. Can’t wait to come back soon.
