There’s a lovely view over the village from the rooftop, where you can sit and unwind. Our room was small, but clean and cozy, with a little kitchen area. The pension owner was very friendly and greeted us with fresh, cool water. The AC is really loud, so be aware, though it was powerful enough for us to sleep comfortably even with nighttime temperatures above 30 degrees.
We were given our money back after asking, but had to promise not to post a bad Airbnb review in return. I’m writing this because the stay ruined a day of our vacation and other tourists deserve a warning. The basement room was dirty, old, worn out and smelled bad. There were dirty towels, bugs and hair everywhere. It felt like a tourist trap.
Katholiki & Victor are lovely and keep these basic little studios immaculate. I’ve been coming back for 4 years and will keep returning. They’re a great base right in the centre of lindos, and the rooftop is a lovely place to eat breakfast and look out over the bay.
The owner really cares about making your holiday good, and the garden and roof terrace are wonderful. The room has everything you need, and the location is perfect. For me, this is the place to stay in Lindos, in that beautiful white town.
After a chilly walk back from the beach just past summer season, the hot shower in your room feels great. It has proper heat and pressure, something you won’t get at the fancy hotels here, trust me.
