Villa Costa Mare

The host was quick to respond and happy to help, and there was food in the fridge when we arrived, a nice touch. We had a really relaxing time at the villa, just a 10-minute walk into Pefkos and two minutes from Corelli Restaurant, where the food was fantastic. The road nearby could get quite noisy, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. We liked it enough to look at booking again for next year, but it was already taken.

The only thing that would have made things easier for our group of eight was having more than one key. We couldn’t fault the villa otherwise. It matched the photos, the pool was lovely and looked out over the sea, and the outdoor area had nice lighting for sitting and relaxing at night. The air conditioning worked well in every room, and the host was responsive and met us even though we arrived late. The beach was a couple of minutes away on foot, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and Lindos was a short drive away. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

There’s a good bar and restaurant practically across the road, and nearby Pefkos is an easy walk away. The villa is modern and beautiful, with its own pool right on the coast, in a quiet area.

The pool was the highlight, and we used it every day. Villa Costa Mare is well equipped, with a kitchen, BBQ area, washing machine, and plenty of other amenities. There’s free parking for at least two rental cars. We bought supplies at larger nearby stores such as Flevaris and Sofos supermarkets, and at the Lardos fish market, then enjoyed some lovely afternoons and evenings having BBQs at the villa. There’s also a smaller supermarket close by and the Coralli restaurant about 50 meters away, where you can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner at reasonable prices. The nearby beach is fine, but we also went to Prasoni Beach near Macheria, Gennadi Beach, and Tsambika Beach. They were less crowded, and it was easy to find umbrellas and loungers. Nikos greeted us warmly with drinks and snacks, and communication with him beforehand was flawless. He answered all our questions. We had an amazing vacation, highly recommend the villa and area, and would gladly come back.
