We stayed in August 2024 in a Villa Plus property, and the villa itself was fantastic, with really comfortable beds. The veranda had extra furniture, which made it much nicer to sit outside in the evenings. There was a brick BBQ, pool table, and table tennis table too. We’d happily return, and Dennis Taverna is well worth the 15-minute walk. Privacy was the main issue for us, especially around the pool table side and the downstairs bedroom. A woman from the villa behind kept walking along the side of our property, past the downstairs bedroom and around the veranda and pool, and seemed to be trying to take fruit from the citrus trees. It made us uncomfortable. That area should be fenced or gated. With the downstairs bedroom doors or curtains open, anyone inside would feel very exposed. The BBQ worked well, but there were no BBQ tools, so we had to make do with a couple of kitchen utensils. The kitchen was also short on equipment for a self-catering villa and could use more essentials.

We were a family of four with two small children and spent a week at Rizolia villas. The pool was clean and amazing, and the temperature was perfect. The cats were a big hit too! The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was no air conditioning in the living room or kitchen, but even in 40-degree heat, the stone walls kept those areas cool. We couldn’t recommend it more.

A lovely, well-kept place with good beds and a decent location, just six minutes from Laganas Beach. The pool was heated enough to feel comfortable while still being refreshing to jump into. My daughters and I loved all the friendly stray cats. I need to find more photos, but for now I can only find one of the cats. 😞

The cats are more than nice, but our stay was a negative experience because of the noise. The house across the road, marked 3 Sorelle on the map and outside Rizolia park, is rented to groups of young people. They shouted, drank, and made noise in the pool all night, sometimes until 5am. The sound carries throughout the entire park, so although the park itself seems quiet, you may not get a peaceful, normal holiday if you’re unlucky. The advertisement is inaccurate about 3 Sorelle and the noise from these groups, and it’s a shame the owners aren’t honest about it. Think twice, it’s a gamble.

The houses are cozy and comfortable, with a home-like feel and great decoration. It’s an ideal place to unwind and rest. Totally worth it, and I highly recommend staying here.
