Zinos Villas Zakynthos

We had everything we needed to make the most of Zakynthos, and had a great time. The Villa is amazing. The three rooms are laid out with two downstairs, either side of the big living area, and each has a modern private bathroom and all the essentials. The living room opens onto an outside terrace. Upstairs is a very large third room with a huge bed and a little couch by a big triangular window, with views over the whole southern part of the Zakynthos valley. Outside there’s an infinity pool facing the bay, plus a large pergola with a huge table and barbecue area. There’s even a fridge for drinks.

The hosts put so much care into making sure guests are comfortable, and even had breakfast and cold drinks ready when we arrived. The villa is furnished so comfortably and has everything you need. It’s the most beautiful holiday home I’ve seen, with an incredible eye for detail. If I’m back in Zakynthos, I’d stay here again. Thank you!

That view never got old. The villa sits high on a mountain, looking out over the whole southern part of the island, including the beaches and Marathonisi, and the photos really don’t capture it. We spent most mornings and evenings taking it in. The house is modern but still has Zakynthian charm, with roomy, clean bedrooms that fit all six of us comfortably. We cooked dinner a couple of nights in the well-stocked kitchen, and the dishwasher and washing machine made keeping things tidy easy. Panagiotis and his wife Christina were excellent hosts. They were flexible, communicative, and always checked we had what we needed. We arrived to juices, beers, wine, fruit, eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea, and they were available whenever we needed anything. The villa felt completely private and was fully equipped. There were six of us visiting Zakynthos for a week, and the location made it easy to get where we wanted by private transfer or cab. We had a fantastic time together and would absolutely return on our next visit.

The owners are wonderful, and the villa is furnished comfortably with everything you need. Its location is perfect. If we return to Zakynthos, we’ll stay at this villa again. Thank you!
