We stayed five nights in mid-August, and Livadi made getting to the beach, bars, and restaurants easy. The breakfast stood out as probably the best I’ve had on a Greek island: fresh, traditional Greek dishes, with something different each day. Our spacious, newly renovated room had a balcony with lovely sea and sunset views. The cleaning staff were wonderful, friendly, and kept everything spotless. One thing caused me quite a bit of stress on two evenings. The owner's daughter had an unleashed dog that barked and showed its teeth, and seemed aggressive. We were told it had been abused before and wouldn't attack us, but I don't think that changes the fact that an unleashed dog behaving like that isn't appropriate at a hotel. Even so, we had a very good stay, would recommend the place, and would return.

Eleni, her daughters, and the staff made us feel like family, and their warm, attentive service was one of the best parts of our stay. The homemade breakfast was incredible, they’re excellent cooks. Our room had a cozy bed and a powerful, silent air conditioner, so we slept like babies. The hotel is beautifully maintained and creatively designed. From there you get the best views of the harbor and Chora on the hillside, and the location gives you quiet while still being walkable to town. The harbor beach is only a few minutes away, with good swimming and taverna food. We can’t wait to come back.

We were so happy with Amfitriti and will recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday. Its spot gives you a fantastic view over the port, beach, and hora, and our balcony view was great too. The room was very clean. Without a car, it worked well for us since the beach, port, restaurants, and bus stop were all a short walk away. Everyone on staff was so kind and attentive, always ready to help. We looked forward to the fresh, delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Thanks for making our first visit to Serifos feel like home. We’ll be back.

Lovely homemade breakfast and amazing views. The room was clean, rustic, and updated, with a very comfortable full-size mattress. There was hot water for showers, and it was far enough from the center to stay quiet. That’s real filoxenia.
