Minas is amazing. Even after five years away, he remembered my face and story. He’s always ready to help with useful island advice, and sent us to tavernas we’d never have discovered otherwise. The Areti has wonderful views and is good value. Staying there felt like a genuine Greek experience.
The rooms look out over the port and sea, and I think this is the best value for money you can find on the island. Minas is the best kind of hotel host.

The views from the rooms are stunning. Livadi's got everything you need close by, and Mr. Minas was the best host, so kind and friendly. He gave us island information and recommendations for everything from food to beaches. A wonderful hotel in a great location. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
The welcome at Areti Hotel felt genuinely professional, with reception staff who knew their work and handled guest service perfectly. From the high spot in the Chora of Serifos, the view over Livadi and the port is beautiful. The room had distinctive decor, nice furniture, a TV and air conditioning. Everything felt simple, peaceful and lovely. Freedom takes virtue and courage, after all, and the brave are the ones who win.
