The Loft Studio

Please don't waste your time. We had booked two nights, but on arrival I had to call to get the keys. They didn't answer, and after I spent 30 minutes trying to find them, they eventually called back and said someone would come with the keys. Nobody showed up. Then they called again and asked me to cancel through Booking because they were too far away to bring the keys. I was left without an apartment, searching for somewhere else that night and calling Booking. I have no idea how people can try to rent apartments like this without a plan. The one star is only there because I have to give one to post this. Their service isn't worth even that.
