Victoria's Summer house

We stayed for three weeks and had a fantastic time. The house matched the photos, with no unpleasant surprises, and ranks among the best places I've stayed during ten years of holidays in Greece. It sits in a very peaceful area without feeling cut off. The road is just under 200 meters away, and another 50 meters takes you to one of the area's best beaches, with fine sand and a long, shallow, stone-free way into the water. Lixouri is about a 15-minute walk along the seafront. In the other direction, two very good Greek tavernas are about ten minutes farther along. The owners were lovely, brought fresh linens each week, and were always available for questions or anything we needed. Inside, it's a modern house with everything we could want. The bathroom has a large glass-door shower, reliably hot water, and a washing machine. The spacious kitchen includes a proper oven and stove, dishwasher, two coffee makers, kettle, toaster, large blender, and more. From the bedroom you can see the sea and sunrise. The beds and living-room sofas were comfortable, and both sofas can turn into double beds. There's a covered section in the middle of the front terrace with a sea view, plus open terrace space all around the house where you can sit in the sun until evening or have a barbecue. There's also plenty of parking to the right for several cars. We'll definitely come back! 😊
