The location was perfect, just a minute from a really nice beach and close to the different city, village and beach hotspots. The staff were kind and hospitable, and I want to thank all the co-workers for their help. Breakfast was fresh and very good every morning. They always took good care of me, and when I came back each day, my room was completely clean. They even folded my laundry.

Those adorable cats around the property were a lovely surprise and made the place feel even more charming. We also had delicious breakfasts every day. The hotel itself is amazing, and the staff were friendly and professional from the moment we arrived, making us feel at home right away. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The setting was lovely and the location great. We weren't hotel guests, but stopped in for a drink with my husband and our 12-year-old daughter. Her zero-alcohol pina colada cost €10.50, which took us aback. My alcoholic daiquiri was €11, and my husband's gin and tonic was €8. I asked about the price because mocktails elsewhere were around €5-€6, but was told that was simply the price. Families with older children may want to check non-alcoholic drink prices.

The breakfast was generous, the rooms were clean and pleasant, and the whole complex was very well maintained. The hotel is nicely decorated, and the staff were really friendly. We felt at home here and had a wonderful stay. It was our first time on Kefalonia and we're very happy with the visit. We highly recommend the hotel, and thank you for a lovely stay.

The location and beach are lovely, and our room was clean with decent toiletries. The staff were fine and passed our complaints along, though they probably couldn't actually fix the problems. Still, the glowing reviews didn't match our stay. Our supposed garden view was a noisy street and some smelly plants. The room had poor ventilation and a terrible odor, so I kept the windows shut. Breakfast was very basic, and the room was expensive for what it was. Maybe the other rooms are better, but ours shouldn't be rented out. We won't be back.
