Alex Spa Hotel

The location made everything easy, with the port, bus, beach, hydrotherapy center, and shops all nearby. We had such a lovely time at spa hotel Alex, thanks to the cheerful, kind owners and staff, who brought plenty of humor too. We’d be very happy to come back! ⛴️😊

Breakfast was decent, nothing more. Our first room in Edipsos had a really strong sewage smell, and although they moved us after we complained, that first impression stayed with us. What left the worst taste was the attitude: the comment that leaves a bitter taste, and calling customers for asking for what should be obvious. A room can be changed, but changing that attitude is harder.

We had a great time here. The hotel is near the sea and the coastal road, and parking right beside it was easy. The owners and staff were all very kind.

We stayed for a week, two adults and one child. The room had three single beds and plenty of space, plus a table with four chairs and a balcony with a little table and two chairs. There was a fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and a stovetop with an extractor fan if you bring your own cookware. We didn’t use the cooking facilities. Breakfast covered the basics. The room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed on the third day. Coming by ferry from Arkitsa, you only need to walk two streets up from the port. There’s a greengrocer across the road, with a supermarket, cafes, and places to eat close by. We loved being able to stroll around the port without taking the car. The staff were smiling and helpful, and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you very much!
