We came for the spa and massage only. The Jacuzzi and hamam were great, and the massage was really good too.

The bathroom was cramped, especially the narrow shower, which was uncomfortable to use. Our room fridge was completely empty, without even a welcome bottle of water. The hotel is well placed near the baths and sea, but that was the main positive for us. The service could have been more professional and welcoming. We got the impression that guest satisfaction wasn’t receiving the attention it should. The facilities and stay didn’t live up to the expectations created by the hotel’s image. For what we paid, the value for money fell short, and we’d be unlikely to choose it again.

Xenia was always willing to help, and we felt very well looked after. For us, this is the ideal place to stay in the spa town of Edipsos. It’s affordable luxury and truly good value for money. I highly recommend the hotel.
