Very Good Featured review

The staff were okay, and the cleaning ladies were kind, though a little disorganized. At reception, I found the woman rude and unable to handle her job properly, while repeatedly mouthing off. The hotel itself felt totally disorganized too. I paid by bank deposit last July, emailed the receipt a couple of times, and the rude receptionist still couldn't find it. My room smelled odd, perhaps because of the old wallpaper or dirty curtains, but I can't say for sure. The buffet breakfast was awful, with poor quality food, little choice, and tasteless cappuccino. There was only one elevator for a large hotel full of seniors, so the wait was really long. Good luck to the guests.

The hotel is very clean, and the location is superb. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. It has a classy feel, and I recommend it.
