It’s basic but clean. We were fine in room No. 113, though some rooms smelled bad, like 117. The WiFi could use improvement.

Really clean, with warm, friendly hospitality, and the price was just right.

The place felt neglected and poorly kept, and the beach distance was presented inaccurately. Our room was untidy, hygiene seemed questionable, and there weren’t even towels. The bathroom was so cramped you could barely turn around, and hot water was often missing. We had a very bad experience here.

I stayed for two stretches of 18 days, and the villa is now my future destination. It sits on a gentle slope in the old part of Edipsos, a quiet spot that feels restful for the mind and soul, with sea air and a mild slope for recreation. The thermal springs are about 200 m away. Our terrace faced the sea, or had a side view of it, and the elevator worked regularly. Statis, the owner, was kind and helpful, as was Kika, who looks after the place. Bed linen was changed every 5 days. There were no towels, as the rental agency website says, and guests are responsible for keeping their own rooms clean. There wasn’t always hot water during the day, but there was in the evenings. There aren’t many dishes, though you can ask for anything that’s missing.

The service was zero. We got no towels, and there were various rags under the mattress to make up for missing slats. The floor hadn’t been swept and was covered in hair. Horrible. Stay well away.
