For 10 days we had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was kept tidy and nicely decorated. If a peaceful holiday is what you're after, this is a good place for it.

The hotel is close to the beach and taverns, yet far enough away that you can hear birds in the morning. Parking is plentiful below the main entrance and beside the hotel. Inside, the design feels like a 4-star or 5-star hotel, and the place really does look like its website photos. It's clean, with daily cleaning, and even the linen smells perfect. The kitchen has all the holiday basics, including dish soap, a sponge, tea towel, deep pan, coffeepot, and even a corkscrew. In the bathroom there was a hand towel, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion in small bottles, topped up when needed. I’m definitely making this town and hotel my regular summer holiday spot.

What stood out most was the staff, especially Kostantia, who did so much to make our short stay pleasant. The location is convenient, everything was very clean, and breakfast was decent. Great value for money, and I’d happily stay again. Thanks!

It’s in a quiet spot, close to the thermal spa, the beach, and some great restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff are kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Loutra 👌
