The view over Loutra port was the best I’ve ever had at a place I’ve stayed. Sitting out on the balcony and taking in the scenery felt magical, and the price seemed more than fair. Elsewhere in the world, a place like this could charge twice as much. Angeliki was welcoming and friendly from the start, and the accommodation felt spotless and well cared for. The fridge had water, and there were plenty of useful basics, including toilet paper, cleaning supplies and shower gel. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. I had a wonderful time in Kythnos and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

The owners were warm and hospitable, and the bed had a comfortable mattress. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with nice facilities and an amazing view of Loutra. The location was excellent. The WiFi could have been better, though it didn’t really bother us. We had a great stay and plan to return.

We came away very disappointed. There were hairs on the bed, the screen was broken, and there wasn’t any water for us to wash. Cleanliness in general was seriously lacking. When we were insulted over our style and told we were haggling over 10 euros, it felt like the disgraceful conditions we’d experienced were being ignored. There was no water for a bath, so apparently anyone needing one should go to Athens. I’m truly sorry that people like this provide services in our country. These were third-world conditions.
