I don't have any previous experience with nursing homes, but I had someone close to me staying here who was unhappy. The residents seemed poorly treated. They were locked inside, with no yard or activities to occupy them. I got the impression they felt like living dead, souls stacked together, while the people paid to care for them seemed uncomfortable doing so. Instead of leaving them without anything to do, they should be taken for walks in the forest or to a beach somewhere without crowds. Since the company cares about its name, surely they could at least get residents out into the sun, lift their mood and help them feel human, brother. The people there have health problems and can't eat everything. They need a diet or at least some choice, but the day's food was just served, and whoever didn't like it had to stay hungry. It seemed to me they were saving money to build a new shop. I wouldn't leave my dog there for care in old age, let alone a person.
