The worst part was the owner's behavior. They were rude and unwilling to help or fix anything, and we were met with indifference instead of professionalism. The room had no water and was extremely cold, with practically no heating, so we couldn't get basic rest. The jacuzzi, which was advertised as normal, was broken. There was no warning or apology, and I feel cheated because it was the main reason I chose this place. We paid 95€ per night through Booking, with no breakfast. That's outrageous for amenities that weren't available and such poor service. There's no value for money here. I don't recommend it and definitely won't return. It was unacceptable from start to finish.
