Hotel Pappas

The pool lifeguard deserves a special mention. He was professional and approachable, and kept the pool safe and pleasant for everyone. His friendly but attentive manner helped families with children relax and enjoy the water. The staff were warm from the moment we arrived, and the whole team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Papas Hotel is beautifully located, with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. We found it a real bargain for a seaside holiday in Greece, and already want to return. It's a place where you feel cared for, and we'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, affordable stay in Loutraki.

Konstantinos at the pool was so kind and accommodating, and clearly an experienced lifeguard. He kept a close watch on the swimmers and children, which made me feel comfortable leaving the little ones on their own. Vasilike at reception gave us useful ideas for day trips, and the restaurant and beach bar staff impressed us too. We're spending our summer holiday at Hotel Pappas in Loutraki for the first time, and have been thrilled with the food, the wonderful location, and the view over the Bay of Corinth and the Peloponnese. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we'd love to come back.

We had a great time, with tasty food and plenty of ways to relax, and we'll be back. The hotel is good value and has what a family needs for a pleasant holiday, though there's room to improve. Our room was clean and tidy, with daily room service. People at the reception and bars were friendly, and dinner featured tasty regional food. The stony beach was clean, with relaxing music, sunbeds and umbrellas. The garden was beautiful, full of exotic plants, and the pool area was under Konstantinos's supervision. Special thanks to our friend Konstantinos the Lifeguard for making the pool feel safe and comfortable. We once saw him jump in to rescue a little boy who had gone underwater after entering the pool with no parent supervising him. Well done, Mr. Lifeguard. We can't wait to see you again. Groups of teenagers also stay at the hotel, and that can bother other guests. They make the elevators hard to use and the restaurant unpleasant during meal times. The hotel is quite far from the city, and there's no footpath, so you have to walk beside a busy main road or take a taxi. Some of the owners could smile a little more too. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work.

The beach bar is very good, with young, fresh, helpful people who are kind and polite and ready to help anyone. The hotel's beach is clean and pleasant, and there's also a nice seawater pool where the new lifeguard Kostas keeps things in good order. The Pappas family has passed its strong family values down through the generations. It's a warm family place, full of professional and kind people who give their best every day. A fantastic spot for a safe, restful holiday.
