Renovations started while the tourist season was still going, with loud work beginning at 8:30 in the morning and continuing all day. It bothered everyone in Loutro. To me, that showed the owners don't appreciate tourists, even though they wouldn't have those jobs without them. They could have waited a week until the tourists had left. Think carefully about whether you want to support this hotel.

There were a lot of people at the restaurant when we arrived. They said we'd have to wait a long time, which we didn't have, and then said we couldn't get what we wanted. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give it.

The sea view was beautiful, but the room wasn't worth the 60 euros we paid. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, with toothpaste spatters all over the sink, and the toilet was broken. I found hair on the bedside table, sofa and floor, and the pillows were uncomfortable. There were too many stairs to get to the room, and the terrace wasn't cared for. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but the service wasn't proper. I hope these complaints help them improve.

The harbor location is charming, and the fresh fish brought in by their own fishermen was excellent. But after I chose and weighed a fish in the morning, they tried to charge me for one that was 25% heavier after dinner, overcharging me by 15 euros. I complained and they corrected the bill, but didn't apologize or explain. It felt like this was standard practice. I'd avoid the place. There are other lovely options in this beautiful harbor.
