Haroula Apartments

Makis was a great help throughout our stay. He’s a really nice owner, and whenever we needed something, he was ready to assist. We found Haroula Apartments quiet and relaxing, with a nice, well-equipped place to stay. There’s a bar by the pool and a billiards table, plus plenty of books and toys for children. The rooms were clean, though some newer furniture would freshen them up. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for preparing meals. We’ll definitely stay at Haroula again when we come back to the island. Thanks, Makis. Efharisto poli. :)

The owner was very nice, and the atmosphere made this good value for the price. It’s about a 3-minute drive from the center of Sidari, so it suits someone with a rental car who plans to explore rather than spend the whole time relaxing in one place. The kitchenette is tiny but has good equipment. Cleanliness was adequate, though it could be better; they clean every two days, and you’ll need your own equipment if you want to clean in between. Hot water takes a long time to come through when the tap has been off, but you get used to it. The pool was fine and cleaned daily. Just don’t expect a 4-star place. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

For a two star place, we got more than we expected. The owner is friendly and helpful, and has a nice dog. There’s a clean pool with a small bar, and the owner is around most of the time. Rooms are cleaned every two or three days. It’s quiet compared with places in Sidari town. With a rental car, it’s a great base for seeing the island, though you can also just chill by the pool. Great value for money.

A lovely place, and the owner is friendly, funny, and very nice. Everything we needed was there and worked well: Wi-Fi, a microwave, electric hob, kettle for coffee, and a nice bathroom with a shower. Outside, there’s a pool with fresh water. It felt like a dream place.
