We came on a Sunday by chance, and within three hours Maria, the kind soul of the complex, had cleaned and prepared the apartment for us. It suited us perfectly because we wanted peace and quiet. The ruins opposite aren't a great view, as others have mentioned, but they don't spoil the apartment's cosy feel or the private pool. The steep driveway might not be "handicapped accessible." We took care going down and back up to dinner, and actually liked getting the exercise. Since the driveway is set back from the road, people who aren't guests won't just turn up at the door. Maria swept and took out the trash every day, and changed the towels every other day. 🔝 We can definitely recommend it. The apartment has everything you need except a washing machine, though of course that depends on what each person needs.

The rooms aren't cleaned, and towels and sheets are changed every 2 or 3 days, though that's not guaranteed. The property has two steep access ramps, so it isn't recommended for people with disabilities or mobility difficulties. The beach in front is rocky and has no facilities. The apartments are nice, new and comfortable, and right by the sea. Unfortunately, a large unfinished building, an eco-monster, completely spoils the view. Basically, you need a car to get to decent beaches, shop or go out for dinner.
