The location made it easy to head out and explore, and the Cretan decor gave the place a lovely feel. The pool and garden were very clean, as was everything else. Mr. Kostas and Mrs. Maria were wonderfully hospitable. Thank you for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely be back.

The place was peaceful indoors even though it’s close to the main road, and it made a handy starting point for longer drives around the area. Our room was cozy and very clean, and the hosts, Marija & Kostas, were relaxed, helpful, and welcoming. On arrival, they offered us orange cake and raki with honey. We also enjoyed the clear pool and sunbeds, plus the barbecue area tucked away at the back of the yard. We stayed a few days in mid-September and would gladly return.

We had plenty of privacy, but Kostas and Maria were always around whenever we needed help. Staying there felt a bit like visiting your grandparents. They greeted us with cake and Tsikoudia (Raki), a traditional drink associated with friendship, generosity, and socializing. The air conditioning was free, which isn’t the case at some places across the road. Such lovely hosts, and I highly recommend them.

We’re back for our third stay at this lovely self-contained apart-hotel. There’s no bar, so you’ll need to stock the fridge yourself, but there are plenty of local snacks and restaurants nearby. My favorite is The Black Lantern.
