We could really relax at the hotel complex without needing to go far, and Vicky and her team were great. They helped with practical questions like bus times. The hotel served excellent food and always had a solution for vegetarians. Vicky’s husband serves great cocktails at the hotel downstairs, so it’s worth stopping by if you’re traveling. Vicky made this one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. She was always at the bar, ready to brighten people’s day, whether by chatting, suggesting places to visit, or making whatever drinks we could think of. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to a friend, which is rare. Thanks to Vicky and all the staff for making our holiday so good. The accommodation is in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from the restaurants in Malia’s calmer area and roughly 25 minutes from the beach. Rooms are well kept, cleaned daily and have everything you need, though we would have liked a safe. The fairly large pool was always clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around it, plus pool toys for guests to use. The pool bar opens early and stays open until 11 pm, with a huge selection of drinks. We expected the food to be mediocre, but it was on par with fancy restaurants in Crete for taste, portion size and variety. You could easily eat here every day and be very happy. I highly recommend this place!

The location is both quiet and convenient, close to the city center and beach, with parking for cars and ATVs. Rooms are nice, beds comfortable, and the pool is well maintained. The bar also serves good food. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping service were impeccable, and all the staff, from the young man at the bar and the lovely housekeepers to the cook and receptionist, were friendly and attentive. I recommend it 2000%.

The layout of the room was a fun surprise: the sink is in the room, while the shower and toilet are separate in a small space. It was very clean, thanks to the great housekeeping team. The room also had a fridge, kettle and capsule coffee machine, with capsules refilled daily. Breakfast offered a nice selection, including fresh fruit and different hot dishes each day, and the restaurant and pool bar had a tasty variety of food and drinks. The place is super nice for relaxing, very clean, and has a lovely panoramic view over Malia and the surrounding area. It was renovated last year, and the new owner, Vicky, won us over. She looked after everyone with a big smile. We’ve never had such a warm welcome or such a heartfelt goodbye hug. It felt like we were leaving friends.
