W Suites Annex by Estia

We spent 15 wonderful days relaxing by the two pools, with cocktails and snacks available. There’s also a restaurant for lunch or dinner and a front bar for drinks. W Suites is within walking distance of the center of Stalis, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. After so many years, I finally had a summer holiday in Crete again. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly, especially Nikos. I fully recommend it and will definitely visit again.

I stayed at W Suites in April 2025 and Nikki greeted me after the airport transfer. She showed me to the room and around it, and gave me helpful tips about local places to visit. There are lots of restaurants and excursions nearby, and the location is perfect. I went self-catering, so I could choose between eating out and trying local produce. The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and relaxing. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and clean, and the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. They cleaned the rooms to a very high standard every day and changed the towels. I’d highly recommend the place.

The hotel has ants and cockroaches in the room, and the water pressure is next to nothing. There’s also part of the hotel that isn’t shown in the pictures and needs a lot of work. The paving slabs are moving and feel unsafe. This is more like a two-star hotel, so I’d avoid it.

We spent twelve nights here and couldn’t fault the place. There are two pools to choose from without any sunbed wars, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the staff are great. Special thanks to Hillie and Angelica, who go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. Thank you, ladies! 👍
