Cabo Verde Hotel

We were told the property was only a year old, but the heavily stained carpets and strong musty smell made it feel decades old. It’s really a motel, not a hotel. The staff were rude from the start. At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, then while we were eating, a woman demanded our room number and said there was no record of it. When I politely questioned that, the receptionist argued and basically called me a liar. The breakfast was charged at $14 per person and wasn’t worth even $5. There was a better way to handle this. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

It was our first trip to Greece, and the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were really clean, the food was very good, and we had a stunning view from the balcony. The area was relaxing and not too far from local attractions. We’d recommend it.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and nice. It’s a beautiful, clean family hotel, and everything looks lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with a great range of food. The pool was very clean and overlooks the beach and sea. It’s in a nice spot between Rafi and Nea Makri. A big thank you to everyone.

The pool wasn’t working, and our room had ants. The bathroom ventilation was poor, leaving a damp smell, and it was hot at night. The air conditioner was very old, and we couldn’t turn it on. The hotel needs renovation and a sanitary inspection. I’m giving service two stars only because they offered a refund for the remaining four days after we left, unhappy with the cleanliness.
