The pool and the location made my one-night stay really enjoyable. It’s close to the city center and right by the beach, and the room rate felt fair. The hotel has a lot of history, which you can sense as soon as you walk into the lobby. It’s very old, though, and the bathroom showed it: the uncovered shower had an old head with weak water pressure, so it wasn’t a very smooth shower. The room is fine for a short stay. Booking through the app went smoothly.

The rooms were clean, and we liked the elegant shared spaces and the line of seaside cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel feels like a return to the 1960s, with antique furnishings and even a rotary phone that still has a dial tone. That charm helped us overlook some hassles: air conditioning was available in only one of our two rooms, and the showers tended to flood the bathrooms. Families should know the pool closes at 6 p.m., so it’s best to get there early. The lifeguard also advised us not to swim in the sea because there were many jellyfish.

The sea-facing location is a real highlight, and the saltwater pool and pretty garden make it a lovely place to spend time. There was enough parking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel does need renovation in several areas. With such good infrastructure, it could be even more impressive, and if the work happens, I think it could become one of the best choices in the area.

The view is lovely, with a tiny beach and the Evoikos sea just across the road. The hotel is also close to Athens, Venizelos airport, and Rafina port, and the sea is only a street away. I was visiting family who were staying here, so I can’t speak to the rooms or other hotel services. I only saw the public spaces, pool area, and cafe. The property feels straight out of the 70s. It’s impressively old, but everything I saw was clean, tidy, in order, and unbroken. The age gives it a stylish, traditional feel, and the maintenance team deserves credit.
