AN3-George's Apt. by the Sea and Airport

The location and outdoor space were the only reasons for the two stars. The large terrace and garden were nice, and the beach with loungers and umbrellas, bakery, mini-market, cafes, and restaurants were all an easy walk away. There’s also a fruit and vegetable market on Tuesdays right outside the entrance gate. We won’t be back. Inside, we felt completely uncomfortable. The apartment is dark, musty, and not really clean beyond perhaps a quick surface tidy. There was a centimeter of dust on the refrigerator and sticky stove knobs, so I wouldn’t cook there. The kitchen equipment is a joke. The bathroom is just about acceptable, but the filthy shower curtain, poor drainage, and toilet brush that you shouldn’t touch for hygiene reasons made it unpleasant. The sofa in the “living room” is torn at the back, and its throw smells of sweat. There’s a crib with a wardrobe in the bedroom, but the bed blocks access, so neither can be used. The furnishings throughout are as cheap as they come. We were misled by the positive reviews.
