My parents stayed here while visiting me during my internship on Kos. Two days after they arrived, we went shopping in Kos Town. I bought clothes and left them in their room before we went out for dinner. When we returned, my bag was missing. The cleaners had been in the room, so I went straight to reception and explained that it was gone and might have been mistaken for an empty bag and thrown away. They said they’d investigate and get back to me. The following day I was called out of my parents’ room to discuss it. Almost at once, they yelled at me and threatened that I was no longer welcome and that my parents had to find another hotel within three days. A day later, they told my parents to leave immediately. The staff are very unfriendly. They scream at you, assume you’re German, and almost never greet you. The pool is dirty and broken, and staff are rarely around. If you arrive late at night, your key is left on the reception desk with a note, so no one is there to welcome you. A/C costs €6 a day. The room is cleaned twice a week, and the sheets are changed only once. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

I spent six nights here and can recommend the place, though a few things bothered me. It’s clean and simple, the staff are friendly, and the pool is nice. There’s a bus stop nearby, and restaurants and a supermarket are just a five-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, there was no hot water, and using A/C costs €6 per night. This place definitely needs some financial support.

There was no hot water in our room, and when I raised the problem with the owner to try to find a solution, he became offensive. The owner and staff are rude and offend guests. Terrible hotel and terrible attitude. I would never recommend booking here, even if there are no other options.

The service was friendly and the place was clean, and the price was OK. My room had a fan, not air-conditioning, and the windows are old. The mattress wasn’t the best, but it was acceptable for a few days. It’s a long way from the beach and most restaurants, so a bike or car would be better.
