The apartment is VERY clean and set up with the little things that make a stay feel like home: coffee and milk, shampoo and soap, a hairdryer, washing machine, cleaning supplies, and even a sewing kit. The landlady and her sister are amazing. It’s in an older building, though the apartment itself has been renovated. Handy if you need to be near OTE, with shops, a petrol station, hairdresser, restaurants, and lots of coffee houses nearby. The shopping centre and train station are about 1km up the road, and the airport is VERY close.

Neither my wife nor I got any sleep during the night we paid 60EUR for. The rooms were extremely noisy, the staff unfriendly, and cockroaches were roaming around our room. When we asked to move rooms, they wanted another 20 EUR. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Parking was convenient, and the location works well for Kifisias. But it’s an old working-class apartment building with a cheap, fake-looking renovation, and the price is far too high for what you get.

Ms. Giula was a wonderful host, and for the low price the apartment offers a lot. It looks just like the photos, is very clean, and has modern amenities. Cafes, a supermarket, and transport are all close by. I’d definitely recommend it.

This place used to be nice, but the shower isn’t usable for a normal shower. For this price, I wasn’t satisfied.
