Verde Apartments

The hosts communicated well and gave excellent check-in instructions. They offered to bring a few basic cooking items the next day, which I appreciated, though it was a little late for us and we had to improvise that night. The ground-floor apartment was clean and quite spacious apart from the compact kitchen and bathroom. It was a lovely spot in a quiet area, with a small patio to sit outside. The air conditioning and roller shutters were essential during the heatwave. The location worked well for the Ejekt Festival, and when we couldn’t get a taxi we were able to walk back. Shopping malls, a large hypermarket, and restaurants were within a 10-minute walk, which was handy. We ate at the Italian, and the food was lovely and good value. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but still has everything you need. Couldn’t fault the hosts.

Cozy and clean, and conveniently located for Athens North.

The train made it easy to get around Athens, and the big shopping center with plenty of shops and great food was just 15 minutes away. The apartment itself was peaceful, with windows all around and a lovely view of the Olympic stadium. It got sun all day, which made it hard to leave the room. The bed was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Zimira or Simira, the housekeeper, was there each morning and ready to help with whatever we needed. I’d give her 10 stars. The only downside was the tiny closet, which wasn’t enough for two people, though we didn’t mind much because we loved the place. Great location, easy to reach everything. I’ll definitely come back.

When we arrived tired from the sun, there was cold water, wine, and a few other surprises waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean, bright, and had a lovely view of the Olympic stadium. A really nice place, highly recommend!
