The walk up to the property includes a short, steep hill and lots of steps, so access might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Once there, it's a very short stroll to restaurants, mini supermarkets, and the beach. The owners communicate quickly, and the husband drives a taxi, so arranging transfers to and from the property is easy. Our studio apartment had a balcony looking out at Telendos, plus a small kitchen, bathroom, and a separate bedroom with air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. There's a decent-sized living area with patio doors to the balcony. They cleaned the apartment every other day and changed the bedding and towels.

Apartment #4 was a perfect size for my wife and me during our 6 nights of rock climbing, with a great balcony view of talendos. The price, location, and value were fantastic, and we were close to everything in masouri. It had an electric stove, mugs, utensils, a kettle, small fridge, and A/C. We were without hot water for 2 nights. It wasn't a big deal in the warm weather, but it was still worth mentioning.

Mike picked us up at the port, and our room was very clean and tidy. The view was really nice. It can get a bit windy around there, but that makes it a good spot in the hot summer, and the room also has air conditioning.

There's no TV, but the rooms are great and the balcony has lovely views. The people are nice, and you can walk out the door and find a supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafes, the beach, and car or scooter rentals just 2 m away.

We stayed at Elenis Studios twice and enjoyed it both times. The view across to the island of Telendos is wonderful. For swimming, though, the Myrties side is better. The water at Telendos is shallow and weedy. See
