Dimitris was so kind to me and my parents, and made it a perfect holiday. The apartments were large and spotlessly clean, with a gorgeous, clean pool. They’re still building, so once that’s finished it should be even better. Truly amazing, thank you Diamond Deluxe!

On days reaching 40 celcius, having just one AC in the living room and none in the bedrooms was horrible. This place isn’t deluxe at all, just an ordinary apartment building out in a field. The service was bad and the owners unfriendly. The high price didn’t give value for money. If you’re expecting even a little “deluxe”, find somewhere else.

We’re back for a second time and will definitely return as soon as we can. Great, clean apartment.

The owners were super friendly, and the accommodation was great.

The owner was friendly, and the new property is in a strategic spot near Kos Town, about 25 minutes away, and close to the most beautiful beaches. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Towels were changed and the room cleaned every four days.
