Mastichari Bay Hotel

The gym was the one letdown for us, it felt uninviting without windows or fresh air. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool and enjoyed the half-board meals. The hotel is a little outside the city center, though there are several nice restaurants nearby. It also seems very family-friendly. For couples, I’d suggest booking one of the better rooms, some even come with a private pool. The hotel itself is clean, stylish and beautiful, and made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for couples! ❤️

We ended up spending the rest of our holiday at the beach after we found a lovely spot a little way to the right along the shore. The blue water and sandy beach were beautiful, and it was the most comfortable place for swimming that we found. The hotel has two pools, though we didn’t try them because of that beach. The grounds were a pleasure to walk around, with white Greek-style houses among green trees and bright flowers, little stairs and arches, and everything was very well kept. We went to the bar every day. The cocktails were quite amazing, especially the Piña Colada, and the staff there were very friendly. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, smiling and in a good mood, which made us feel cozy and comfortable. It’s a great hotel, not far from the airport, only a 10-minute drive, and the price was affordable.

We’ve just checked out after an amazing stay, and we’ll be back very soon. The hotel is right on the beach, about 10 minutes from the airport, and an easy walk from town. The pools were perfect, the gardens beautiful and so well maintained, and the food had an amazing variety and was delicious. The activity schedule and kids club were excellent, and the entertainment staff were great fun without being pushy. All the staff, from management, massage therapists, animation staff and the yoga instructor to cleaners, gardeners, and bar and restaurant teams, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. Thank you all.

Families with children should be cautious, based on what I experienced. There is an employee whose behavior toward minors seemed highly inappropriate, and I encountered situations I found completely unacceptable. I have documentation and evidence of the incident, and strongly believe management should take action.
