A quiet spot close to the beach, just outside Mastihari but still within walking distance of town.

Yiannis apartments is family-run and a quiet place to stay in Mastichari. The price and quality are great, and Helios travel provided very good service. Helios can also arrange an inexpensive rental car, which you'll need if you want to explore the island.

Michael was an amazing, very accommodating host. The apartment is great, with a lovely interior, clean throughout, and comfortable beds. The beautiful beach is only a two-minute walk away. Five stars.

The host was really nice and helpful, and it was a great place to stay in Kos. The beach and supermarket are five minutes away on foot, and the airport is a 10-minute drive. I'd highly recommend it.

We came for kite surfing, and the spot and kite school are just a five-minute walk away. The city center is close too, so it’s a great place to relax between outings. This was our second time in mastihari, and we’ll be back. Michael the boss from Yannis Appartment was really friendly and gave us good restaurant tips. Free ouzo too 😊
