Niki Apartments

The hosts were really friendly, and the area is lovely. The apartments have a sea view and the beach nearby has wonderfully clear water.

We had a great stay in this apartment close to the sea. The host was friendly too.

The apartment worked well for our family of four, with two rooms, plenty of space, a kitchen for making small meals, and a clean bathroom with all the amenities. Window screens are fitted throughout, and the A/C cooled every area efficiently. We slept fine with the windows shut and A/C running, even though our balcony faced the main road and was a bit noisy. There’s also a distant sea view across the road, but reaching the water means walking along a path through fields. In the heat, with all the beach gear to carry, we skipped that walk and drove to a more distant organized beach instead. The rooms felt slightly expensive for the area, especially since we were charged the rate for four even though there were only two of us and we used one room. Breakfast wasn’t included either. Still, I’d recommend it for a family or a longer vacation. The main thing they should add is bedroom sockets to meet current needs.

There are lots of lovely beaches and restaurants around these apartments. The mattresses were new in the room we used, though the furniture itself is old, and every window has a mosquito screen. In the two-room unit, the A/C is in the living room, which can be a problem when it’s hot. Road-facing apartments get quite noisy. I think the best option is the second-floor unit at the back, with a nice view of both sea and mountain. It’s good value if you’re not looking for luxury.
