We had a spa afternoon, and the masseuses were very good. The spa is small, though. The trip to and from the hotel takes some effort, but the beautiful natural setting makes it worth it, especially for a quiet shoulder-season break. The rooms were comfortable, everyone was friendly, and breakfast was great. Poolside dining worked well for a casual meal, but I’m not sure dinner alone is worth making the trip for.

The drive to Milos Cove was the most troubling part of our stay. The road is narrow, steep, uneven, and poorly maintained, with sharp blind turns, almost no guardrails, and hardly any lighting at night. In some places two cars can barely pass, so when one comes toward you, somebody has to back up on a steep slope with little visibility. We feared losing control or hitting another vehicle more than once. Getting there felt like driving a hazardous mountain track, and guests paying premium rates should be clearly told how difficult and risky the route can be, especially after dark. The rest of the stay didn’t come close to justifying the cost either. Service was impersonal and disorganized, requests took too long, and the hospitality didn’t match the luxury boutique image. The room looked appealing at first, but its cleanliness and upkeep fell short for the price. Food and drinks were disappointing too, with limited choices, uneven quality, and prices that felt out of proportion. We expected a luxury, secluded retreat from the way Milos Cove presents itself, but the actual experience, especially that access road, left us stressed instead of relaxed. We would not return or recommend it. Please take our advice!

The spa was the highlight of our honeymoon stay at Milos Cove. My wife and I both had the Nero treatment, and it was among the best spa experiences we’ve had while traveling. Stella was professional and friendly, and made the visit especially memorable. We stayed a couple of nights in a room with a private pool looking out to sea, which was incredible. The place feels like a calm, romantic escape, with lovely design and views, a private beach, and a great pool. The restaurant was solid and convenient, and the atmosphere is more suited to adults than children. It’s remote and beautiful, so plan for the drive. Some rental companies require a 4x4 to reach the hotel yourself. We’d highly recommend it to anyone after a secluded, stylish stay in Milos.

We felt looked after by the whole team, from the on-time transfers, which came with helpful tips and recommendations, to a concierge who was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and enthusiastic. The service made the stay feel worry-free, and the island’s spirit came through in the peaceful setting. Milos Cove sits a little off the beaten path, with superb views and a chance to slow down. Our rooms were kept impeccably, and we loved the private pool and outdoor space for watching the sunset. The restaurant served delicious fresh Greek food, and both the quality and service were excellent. From the welcome to the farewell, it was a beautiful, relaxing experience. Milos is our choice in Milos for life.

The people here made our stay unforgettable. Eva was a joy and made us feel at home, while Yannis, the owner, went out of his way to make us feel like family. He helped us plan our visit, checked in along the way, and made sure we were cared for throughout. The property is beautiful, with a modern pool, a lovely private beach, and spotless, luxurious rooms with thoughtful finishes. We also loved dining at Pathos, where the food was excellent every time. If you’re visiting Milos, staying here is a must. It’s an experience you’ll remember long after you leave.
