The view and location were lovely, and the service was great. Niki was such a kind host, and breakfast was great too. Some rooms feel a little old, but I’d totally recommend it.

The room was very spacious, but it felt unfinished. There were no door handles, and the doors didn’t open or close properly. We had to unplug the fridge because it made terrible noises. The terrace was small, with ground-level flooring and gravel all around, and anyone walking by could go straight to the room. The pictures are deceiving. We stayed in the new rooms, and although they are new, they still seem far from complete. From outside, they look like a car garage. The path to the room is gravel, so be ready to drag your luggage along. The entrance is via a back gravel trail where all the rooms’ technical facilities are. The owner wasn’t there, check-in had to be scheduled in advance, and there was nobody at reception. As for breakfast, well, you can guess.

The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast included was really good. Miss Nicky was an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed. Best of all, it’s pet friendly ❤️ We’re definitely coming back!

Niki made us feel at home right away with such a warm welcome, and she was an amazing hostess. The hotel is tucked in the mountains, very close to Arachoos river. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained, with lovely decor. We also really enjoyed the homemade, tasty breakfast. I highly recommend it for a mountain break in the amazing Tzoymerka mountains. Niki, thanks so much again for everything!
