My room was bright and comfortable, right in front of the pool. Sometimes noise carried on past quiet hours, the one small downside. The breakfast had good variety and quality, and everything was impeccably clean. From the start, the staff made me feel welcome. The housekeeping ladies were especially kind and attentive, always greeting me with a smile. I’d happily recommend the place and return.

The setting among the trees, with that sea view, felt like a dream, and the food was absolutely delicious. We travelled by electric car and found the property EV-friendly, which made things easy. Everyone at Agapitos Villas was kind, welcoming, and professional, and the service was flawless. Thanks for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Parking is on level ground when a spot is available, which is usually the case, though it can fill up around dinner because the restaurant is so popular. The staff were friendly and competent. Our room had what we needed, including a sink and fridge, and the view was amazing. A sea-view room is definitely worth recommending.

We were placed in one of the villas around the pool, and the garden there was especially lovely. The infinity pool was incredible, and having an honesty bar was a nice extra. The rooms could use a few small repairs here and there. Great views, too.

We stayed for 7 days in a double room overlooking the garden, with two chairs outside where we watched both sunrise and sunset. The rooms were fantastic, the pool was amazing and clean, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was superior and the staff were so kind. Special thanks to Christos. We’ll definitely come back. Best place near Agios Ioannis.
