It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, downhill on the way there and uphill coming back, though they provide a courtesy pickup and drop-off when you arrive and leave. We had a lovely stay and fully recommend Aletro. The cottages and shared spaces are clean, modern, carefully kept and tastefully decorated. The place sits on a hill above Mykonos Town, with a pool and lovely views. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were helpful and so friendly, and the location made it easy to get to town while still feeling peaceful. Our cottage was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with great views and traditional charm. I’d definitely recommend Aletro Cottage Houses if you’re visiting Mykonos.

Vivi, the owner and her team made us feel welcome from the start. They were warm, friendly and professional, and the whole place had a great feel. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and we had some really good food there. Mykonos Town is about a 20-minute walk away. The free airport pickup and drop-off was a lovely extra. I’m definitely coming back!

Our arrival was delayed by the weather, which we couldn’t control, and we told the hotel what was happening. When we got to the port, just 20 minutes later than planned, they still refused to send the transfer. We were left there with our luggage and no help at all. For a hotel that advertises hospitality, the lack of understanding, flexibility and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. We won’t stay here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone expecting even a minimum level of care.

The pool is a lovely, quiet, private place to relax, with wonderful sea views. Our sea-view superior room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. We’d recommend Aletro to anyone. Dimitris picked us up promptly for the easy 10-minute ride from the airport. The Greek food at their Rusty Ram restaurant was exceptionally fresh. 10/10.
