For a 2-star hotel, it’s just right. The room is a bit small, but with some organizing you can make it work. We hung a few ropes on the outside balcony for our towels. Like many places in Mykonos, there’s no reception.

The place is right in the center of Mykonos, but slightly tucked away and quieter. They cleaned every day, which was a plus. The noise we did hear came from inside, from young people partying at the hotel. Finding it was difficult because there’s no real address and the hotel name isn’t shown anywhere. I added this place in the hope it helps someone, and would suggest asking around. I never met the manager or owner during my five days there. The corridor had an emergency number for the owner; when I called, she said the agency would get back to me. A few minutes later, the agency called, told me I had room 3, which was open with the key inside, and gave me some information about the stay. That was the end of contact. To leave, you just put the key inside and close the door.

Katerina was very kind when she showed us to our room, and the location is right in the center. There was hot water all day. The TV and air conditioning didn’t work, though. The price was standard for Mykonos. I’d stay again if it cost a little less.

The island is overrated in general, and this guesthouse especially was poor value. For what it cost, they could have cleaned better before check-in and put batteries in the TV remote. I’m giving one star just to give something. I wouldn’t return even if I had to.
