Gorgona Hotel

We especially liked the spacious balcony at the back of our room, where we could sit during the day and take in the stunning old port view. The room was as expected, with a nice bathroom, comfy beds, and, most importantly, cold AC. The staff were friendly and very helpful from the start, which we appreciated as it was our first time in Greece. Great location, about a ten-minute walk to the main strip, though it’s a bit hilly. Good value, and we’d stay again.

The rooms are adequate, though the bathrooms are pretty compact. Staff are super helpful and friendly, and the pool is a great place to relax. The town is a ten-minute walk down the hill, with stunning views along the way.

A very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff and a lovely pool. Breakfast was good too. The view from the room was wonderful, especially at sunset.

We loved the location, an easy walk from the little venice town, and the view from our room was amazing. The staff were polite, though most things were self service. If you have time, the pool is worth enjoying for its great view. There’s also a car/quad rental place right in front, which was very convenient. The one downside was breakfast. We paid for it during our stay, but found it very basic and would have preferred to eat at the cafes. They say port/airport transfers are available for a reasonable cost, but they were slow to respond to us even after several email follow-ups. To be safe, book your own transfer.
