Horizon 4 You Mykonos

I paid 900 euros for two rooms for two nights, and the view was the only good part. One room still wasn’t ready at 3 pm check-in, and it had no amenities besides a bottle of water. I booked directly at the property, but Inna, the person in charge, didn’t make it clear which rooms were ours until the day before. I never received a plan, booking confirmation, or information about where my friends would stay. One shower was clogged, so every shower flooded the whole room, and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean. I called Inna because I had to clean it myself. She answered ironically and impolitely, seemed not to care, and hung up before I’d finished speaking. She blamed the dirt on wind, but the rooms had been cleaned at the last minute in front of us while we waited to enter, so there wasn’t time for wind to bring dirt into the jacuzzi. I’ve worked in Mykonos hospitality for eight years, and we never speak to guests like that. Inna didn’t come for check-in either, the cleaner was there and we checked ourselves in. She had promised by message to bring a receipt after checkout, but she didn’t come to check us out or provide the receipt she’d agreed to give for the 900 euros. I don’t know who owns Horizon for you, but they should hire someone polite, with a customer service attitude and hospitality experience, who knows how to treat and speak to guests.

The view from the Ikaria suite was breathtaking, and Ina was kind and helpful with everything I needed during my seven-day stay. Psarou beach is a five-minute walk away, and the bus station for Fabrika is about 15 minutes on foot. I had a really good experience and would stay here again when I visit Mykonos.

There’s a small basic store on the property, the rooms are clean, and the private bathtube is great. A beautiful beach is within walking distance, along with expensive shops and restaurants. The place is far from the city center, so you’ll need a car.

Ina was so attentive and helpful while we were staying at Horizon4u. Many thanks to her, highly recommended!
